Being huge fans of popcorn, the founders of Tin Roof Popcorn Company sought to bring a unique taste to the local community. After many months of research and development, over 30 flavors of freshly popped, gourmet popcorn emerged to create a flavorful atmosphere unparalleled to date! In 2007 they moved into their new store in Historic Downtown Melbourne, located at 924 E. New Haven Ave., within the Railroad Emporium. Once in the new space, they added to their product offerings, including home made, fresh cream and butter fudge, Barnie's Coffee, cappucino, a variety of dandy, and more!

Visiting the new store is an experience in itself...you walk in and instantly are transported to a unique setting. It's a courtyard atmosphere with vibrant colors...the sound of steel drums and island music surrounds you...the smell of freshly popped, gourmet popcorn treats your nose to a little tease of what's to come... In addition to our gourmet popcorn, they have 24 flavors of Hawaiian Shaved Ice and 9 flavors of soft server ice cream as well!
